TREY COERBELL
UX Designer
Trevon "Trey" Coerbell is a Designer and DJ passionate about crafting digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and intuitive. His design journey began in 2013 as Chairman of the Digital Department for the NAACP UAlbany Chapter. During this time, he also promoted his radio show to listeners across the Capital City District, creating eye-catching flyers for social media and managing email campaigns to grow his audience.
After earning his BA in Rhetoric & Communication: Art, Trey returned to his hometown to work at NYC’s number-one radio station for Hip-Hop and R&B, Hot 97. During this time, he also designed visually engaging campaigns to promote his community events, including Toy Drives and Small Business Pop-up shops, showcasing his commitment to creativity and community impact.
During the pandemic, he took the initiative to support emerging small businesses by creating branding kits that helped them establish a strong visual identity. To deepen his understanding of the UX design process, he completed a UX Design bootcamp at BrainStation NY, where he improved his skills in crafting user-centered designs. He is passionate about continuing his design journey, striving to make the world a more visually appealing place, one project at a time.
